SATURDAY

MORNING

Saturday shop rides are back! Join us every Saturday morning at the shop for a "prompt" 8 am start. The route will be about 20 miles through mostly neighborhoods at about 14 mph pace. This is a no-drop ride and beginners are welcome. These are social, non-competitive rides and a great way to get used to riding in groups or transitioning from the trainer to outdoors.

You should be comfortable riding on the roads and know and follow traffic rules. You also need to be able to change a flat and have all the necessary equipment with you.

This ride is open to those on TT and Tri bikes.

THURSDAY

NIGHTER

Thursday evening rides are 28-30 miles and take about 1.5 hours. They are fast-paced interval rides with recovery sections.

We do one of two different courses depending on time of year, weather, or traffic. One course is a series of 8-minute race segments with recovery after each one. The other course option is longer tempo intervals with some recovery after each one.

This is an intermediate level ride and it is a drop ride.

Tri bikes are highly discouraged, we ride aggressively in a tight group.
