Service Description

Please make sure to bring clothes similar to what you plan to ride in, including: shoes, shorts, jersey or other top, and gloves if you wear them. If your bike or aero bars came with any additional spacers or fittings make sure to bring them.

Cancellation Policy

For bike fit appointments, please call or email if you are going to be late or need to re-schedule. For service appointments, please call or email if you need to re-schedule or cancel. For all bikes not received by 3:30 on the appointment day, the appointment will be canceled and will have to be re-scheduled or wait in the general queue.
