Service Appointment

Service Description

When you bring your bike in during a scheduled appointment, we will get your completed bike back to you within 48 hours as long as we don't have to order parts. When you bring your bike in for service, tell the person checking you in that you have an appointment. You have a 3-hour window to bring your bike in on your scheduled day between 12:30 - 3:30. The technician will go through your bike with you and provide a quote. If anything needs further diagnosis, you will receive a follow up call or email. If you want to bring in more than one bike, you will need to make a separate appointment for each bike. You do not need to make an appointment for your bike to get it serviced. You can also bring it in during any of our open hours and it will go in the general queue.

Cancellation Policy

For bike fit appointments, please call or email if you are going to be late or need to re-schedule. For service appointments, please call or email if you need to re-schedule or cancel. For all bikes not received by 3:30 on the appointment day, the appointment will be canceled and will have to be re-scheduled or wait in the general queue.
